Frontal Lobe-reasoning, planning, thinking. Contains the Sensory
Strip or Cortex, and recieves where the touch sensations occur.
Parietal Lobe-somatosensory information.
Contains the motor cortex or strip. Allows for movement of the skeletal system.
Occipital Lobe-visual perception, Contains the visual cortex, mainly
used in the deciphering of images recieved from the optic nerve.
Temporal Lobe-speech and auditory processing. Contains Broca's
Area and Wernicke's Area.
Broca's Area is associated with the processing of language, speaking, and understanding.
Wernicke's Area is associated with the comprehension of speech.
